Children's Centre

Our Children’s Centre locations are at Maytree, Clapham Manor at Triangle and Tree House, running sessions from Agnes Riley Gardens. We run activities for all children from birth to 5 years old and their parents/carers and childminders. Many of our regular sessions are term time only. However, we do have a holiday programme of activities including trips. Please call in to our centres to pick up a timetable of these. The sessions are currently limited, and only available when booked.

Our welcoming and friendly team offer many sessions with fun activities and plenty of events for the whole family all year round. See our
current programme for details. We provide baby changing facilities at all centres and all of our centres are breastfeeding friendly.

We have a team of professionals to support you and can offer advice on your child’s health, development and care. Contact us for further information. We have free internet access at all of our centres.

You can get support for situations that may affect your family life such as:
  • challenges you face being a parent
  • starting a new school
  • finding a job
  • training and learning new skills
  • learning English
  • having a family member with a disability
  • understanding your child’s behaviour and how to help them
  • housing
  • applying for and understanding benefits
  • understanding more about your child’s learning and development

Most people who come just want time to meet others in a friendly place where their children can play together. Please come along and meet other families.
