Welcome

Welcome to Maytree Nursery School and Children’s Centre. This website provides information for families in the local area who may want to come to our school and centre. We hope you will find events and activities that interest you. Do let us know if there is anything we could provide that would help you, or your child, or both! We hope others who are interested in the centre will find this website useful too.

If you are looking for a nursery place for your child please contact us on the details below, or you can complete a simple form here. Go to the Government website to find out about the help you can get regarding childcare. Click here for Childcare Choices.

As a Lambeth local authority nursery school we offer free education places for children who are 2, 3 and 4 years old. You can also pay for a nursery place or to extend your child’s hours and we are open from 8:00am to 5.45pm with breakfast and after school club. We also provide holiday provision at our Effra site.

We have a full range of activities on offer across our Children's Centre sites, for further information please click here.
If you would like to register your family to use Better Start services you can complete a Better Start Registration form via the Lambeth website or call the Maytree number.

Visit the Healthy Start website to find out if you can apply for vouchers to help buy some basic foods.

If you are interested in joining our volunteer programme please click here for more information.

We warmly welcome visits to the school, contact Clare Kramo our admin officer to arrange this and for any further information or paper copies you would find helpful.
